 How to maintain a healthy body




1. Consume Enough Fruits & Vegetables Every Day

As mentioned above, fruits & vegetables are the basic keys to health, because fruits & vegetables can provide the fiber and nutrients needed by the body.

Fiber with good quality will make digestion healthy, which in turn will strengthen the body's immunity. Moreover, research shows that 70% of immune cells are present in the digestive system.


2. Exercise Routine

For some people, exercise is still an intermittent activity that has not been carried out regularly and consistently. In fact, by starting to exercise regularly, a healthy, fit, and ideal body is no longer a dream.

Many types of sports, choose some that you like with a minimum duration of 30 minutes, with a frequency of 5 times a week.


3. Think Positive

Mindset can affect a person's health level. Positive thinking is the main key in managing stress, which in turn will have a role in bringing about many health benefits such as less sickness, longer life expectancy, lower depression levels, ability to think creatively, and higher memory and concentration abilities


4. Get enough sleep

Many people underestimate the need for sleep. In fact, fulfilling sleep needs has many benefits, such as boosting the body's immunity, improving memory, and controlling appetite.

For adults, seven to eight hours of sleep is recommended. However, also pay attention to the quality of your sleep by adjusting the cooling temperature that is not excessive and turning off the lights to create a calm and comfortable sleeping atmosphere.


5. Detox the body

Detox is the process of trying to free the body from accumulated dirt and toxins, especially in the digestive system.
